2. Please be guided by the following directions in writing your essays:
A. Accurately summarize the author’s major points for each chapter of each book for each course.
(If you disagree with the author on any points, you must cite evidence for your argument. To just say you disagree
is not acceptable. Anyone can say they disagree. We are only interested in evidence, not opinion).
B. Describe how you will apply and use this new knowledge.
3. With the above points in mind, your writing requirement is to write about 1 to 2 ½ pages for each chapter of each
book. This should produce a minimum of 25 pages for each book/course as an insightful summary of your understanding
of the material.
