Find two different examples of effective photojournalism. These can be from a photo essay, a stand-alone
feature photo in an online publication such as a magazine or newspaper, or photos that are part of an article.
Refer to the supplemental resources list of “best photos” for examples, although it is not required to use those
websites. Selecting specific news publications online also works. One of the photos should be published within
the previous four weeks. The other photo can be from any time. Use criteria explained in the lecture, including
effective composition, strong center of interest, focus, lighting, and overall impact.
