Learning outcome
By the end of this module you will have
    used the journal activity on Moodle to create a triple entry journal to identify significant points and a persisting question from the article “The pedagogical balancing act: teaching reflection in higher education” (Ryan, 2013) and explained how the points and question are significant.

A framework for reflective practice
In the article The pedagogical balancing act: teaching reflection in higher education, Mary Ryan (2013) argues that every level of reflection must be taught and students that do not move through each level will have gaps in their reflections.
