As we know in this fast-paced life technology is everywhere and it enhances day by day. Hence, digital marketing is a good way to promote sale of the products, because it’s easy way to grow your business and success. Here, first we discuss about digital marketing, the main role of marketing is to sale the product by spreading all essential information about it and by advertising it increases the quality of the product, therefore marketing leads to the success of the business. Nowadays, there are numerous methods of technologies that used to spread information about products. Moreover, in this project we must elaborate various business marketing and advertising strategies that used to support a new business and see how its gain success and growth in this competitive environment. Additionally, we research about last 7-10 years articles and collect data about business marketing and advertising in Australia. Overall, it also face some challenges and risks and we must elaborate all our results about research and data (such as different types of advertisements, long term or short term strategies, best social media platform for promotions) on an interactive dashboard with the help of analytical Power BI tool because it is a easy to understand for everyone and all visualization is done by easy way. This project will deliver: An interactive dashboard with insights on different parametersResearch in social media platforms to recommend best onesA report of recommendations based on research. Project product:- Project product is a special form of product which we deliver through dashboards and research report and is provided to the user at the end of this project as an outcome of the project. The power BI is an analytical tool will be used to generate visualisation for the project. Power BI is a tool which generate the error free data and show the detailed description about the product. This tool also give the better feedback on this project. User stories: As a user, I want to analyse the types of advertisement for promotion of the product in the market to gain profit such as, digital marketing and advertisement.As a user, I want to analyse how to launch the new product in the market for the consumers.As an end user, I want to compare the methods of advertisement which can enhance the competitive advantageAs a user, I want to analyze different types of advertisements from year 2015.As a user, I want to analyze different advertising medium over the year from (2011-2019)As a end user I want to compare advertisement type and advertising medium.As a user, I want to know the effects of social media platform for the promotions over the years.As a user, I want to analyze the long- term and short-term strategies for the advertisement.As a end user, I want to compare promotions with long term or short term strategies Project Scope:- First of all, the scope of the project is to collect huge information from last 10 years data about digital marketing and advertising techniques that used in Australia and then create an interactive dashboard to compare different types of advertising that used most or least, moreover, comparing best advertising tool, long term or short term strategies etc. We also explore how much companies spend on adverting and compare their spending with other companies. A list of including things in the project:- Creating an interactive dashboard to compare the different types of advertising tools, techniques and strategies.Analyze the existing data set.Data sets are used from last 7-10 years.Get feedback regarding every report from client for best quality of work. A list of excluding things from the project:– Detailed documentation.Not used data set older than last 10 years. Project Approach:- In this project we use Power BI tool to analyze the data set and agile method. Because Power BI tool is reliable, easy to understand, most of functions are inbuild and no need to create any formula. And by using agile method, we can divide the process into small parts therefore it reduces the burden of the all process of the project. First start meeting with teammates and the make a plan, design develop, executing and evaluating. Therefor, it reduces the risks and challenges. Hence, according to requirement analyzing the process and all documentation done in sprint one that help to develop sprint 2 and in third sprint dashboard are designed with the help of Power BI tool.Collaboration:- Mostly our discussions are done by Whatsapp and we share other important documents by email. Success and acceptance criteria:- Ability to access the different types of advertisements from year 2015.Ability to access long term and short-term strategies over the years.Ability to access the sale of the product in the competitive business.Ability to compare the success and growth of business in the past years.Ability to create an interactive dashboard with the help of Power BI tool to compare all the advertising strategies.
