The aim is to identify and analyse the impact of Brexit and evaluate the changes in business activity in the future. Company overview London School of Science and Technology is a provider for high education, in partnership with other Universities. According to Worthington et al. (2018, p.7), PESTLE analysis stands from Political, Economic, Socio-cultural, Technological, Legal, Ethical and ecological environment. Political On the 31st of January 2020, England left the European Union. Until the end of 2020, is a transition period, and new rules are starting from January 2021. Brexit have a significant impact on government immigration law, international agreements with the European Union, limitation of free movement of citizens in the United Kingdom. (GOV.UK., 2020). Brexit negotiations have an impact on pound exchange rates with fluctuations of the pound against the Euro and U.S. dollar. Economical The international students use public fundings from Student Finance England, covering the University fees. (Bush, 2019).  After 2021, students could pay international fees, affecting University income, students, academic staff and economy. 17% of Academic staff are from the European Union, and 12% are non-E.U. The immigration authorities could treat the E.U. staff such other foreign employees. (Global Business Outlook, 2020). Socio-cultural International students and academic staff bring a diverse cultural background, education level, sharing culture, habits from the homeland. (Bush, 2019) After Brexit, immigration law will affect the multicultural background of students and staff. Technological In March 2018, Theresa May confirmed that the United Kingdom would remain outside of Digital Single Market. (Nortonrosefulbright.com, 2020). Digital Single Market creates the digitalisation environment for networks and services, providing a secure, hight-speed and robust infrastructure for individual and businesses. Digital Single Market make sure the internet providers can not slow down the speed of the Internet. (European Commission, 2020). Legal After Brexit, international students should provide additional documents required by law. The General Data Protection Regulation is a European Union regulation law regarding the protection and privacy of data. (General Data Protection Regulation, 2020). It is responsible for implementing procedures and processes for data protection, storage of data, network protection, sharing of data. After Brexit, England can adopt a position between the Data Protection Act 1998 and a new GDPR. (Nortonrosefulbright.com, 2020). Ethical and ecological environment LSST has zero-tolerance for any form of discriminations based on national origin, age, colour, race, sex, religion and disability. (LSST.ac, 2020). After Brexit diversity on race, colour, religion will be affected by immigration law. The opportunity will be for students from non-EU countries without a University degree. Impact on business activity Political will have a positive impact on students and academic staff from non-EU countries and negative from E.U. countries.  The Economic factor a positive impact on the higher tuition fees. Socio-cultural impact negatively on multicultural backgrounds from E.U. countries. The low speed of the Internet will impact the Technological factor negatively. Legal will be affected negatively by implementing new laws. Ethical and environmental will have a positive impact for non-E.U. students. Conclusion Brexit will have a significant impact on London School of Science and Technology because of the decision made by government law and agreements with the European Union. LSST must follow government law but can find a solution to join research and innovation programmes attracting local and international students. It helps to add values at University status and attract fundings from the United States of America and companies. List of References Bush, T.
