The student will post one thread of at least 350-400 words by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday of the assigned Module: Week. For each thread, students must support their assertions with at least 3 scholarly citations in the current APA format. Any sources cited must have been published within the last five years. Watch the presentation entitled, “Why Lead like Jesus?” As a group, discuss and answer all of the following questions:
1)What are some of the challenges of leading like Jesus in an organization?
2)What are some of the cultural characteristics that can diminish servant leadership, and how can they be overcome?
3)Provide a list of “best practices” for an organization dedicated to practicing servant leadership in the area of HR policies, training and leadership development, customer service, and decision-making.
