own beliefs?” and my thesis is: “In a country where diversity and inclusion are crucial to
the educational system, the tension between faith based
thinking and scientific reason can represent a painful
conflict for religious students in public schools that can
potentially increase lack of engagement and even
drop-outs.”. In the first 15 pages of this essay I explained a little bit of the background of creation and evolution. For my next 5 pages I hope to talk about more about the students’s experience when learning science and how some religious students don’t feel comfortable engaging in lectures like that and that some even drop out, maybe some quotes by students and some data would be really helpful.
