Your assignment brief is to read the following background on Workforce Singapore and propose an online digital strategy to promote its new range of courses and encourage sign-up.

WSG is keen to promote a series of Lifelong Learning programs during the period of 1st July to 30th September 2021. In line with the recent Covid-19 pandemic, WSG hopes to encourage the current workforce to upgrade their skillsets based on new labor demands and the changing economy. This is to ensure that Singaporeans can maintain employability and continue to contribute to the recovery of the weakened economy.
The program is especially aimed at a primary audience (retrenched workers) and a secondary audience (employed workers looking for a change), aged 35 onwards.
Considering this, you have been tasked to develop a brand-new Online Presence for WSG to showcase this new program to attract the intended target audience. You may refer to the existing website https://www.ssg-wsg.gov.sg/ for information and background on WSG. But you must not lift the content or design element. Rather, use it as a source of reference to understand the brand and its product offering.
In so doing, you need to develop a proposal comprising the following:
A brand-new online presence with a website, mobile, and app options for the brand to promote itself and its services
You must give details of how each element will look like and provide samples of writing for some of the tabs on the new website
Consider how these platforms will enhance usability for the target group
Introduce some contemporary trends that may elevate WSG’s overall digital presence
