Task
Students are required to select any local organization of their choice and write a report on the organizational changes that are proposed to be implemented.
The tasks of this assignment should address all the following aspects:
i. Critically assess the external and internal factors that are driving the need for change
ii. Critically evaluate the organizational barriers and issues for implementing change
iii. Describe and justify the most appropriate leadership style based on leadership theory
iv. Describe how the change will be communicated to all key stakeholders
v. Recommend appropriate strategies for leading the change
