The Constitution was written more than 230 years ago. How bound should we be to the decisions made by the Founders?
1) Do you agree with Levison that the Founders intended the Constitution to be malleable so as to better deal with unforeseeable changes and that we should thus overcome “veneration” of the document and send it to a new convention? If so, what do you think the parameters for such a convention should be?

2) Or do you agree with Olson’s view, that a convention–particularly given the lack of language in the Constitution narrowly circumscribing such a process–could be dangerous and threaten to overhaul our entire system?
