This case study analysis is based on a real hotel it requires a strong theoretical framework with reference to the literature. It must also include an analysis of recent sales and marketing techniques. You are allowed to use tables, charts, graphs to support your answers.
Aspects that require critical consideration are:
1.Provide a brief competitor analysis of the nearest competitor. Include a map showing your hotel location and the distance to the nearest competitor.
2.Analyse the current distribution model and make a case for keeping or changing that model
3.Develop a new (profitable) product package based upon gaps in product offering of your nominated competitor and the current (or preferred) distribution model
