The report presents a study that examined changes in Communication in an organisation in a covid environment. This research was carried out in relation to the following research question and objectives.

Research objectives:

• To identify why clear communication is important for an organisation for managing change.
• The effectiveness of clear communication in change.
• The difficulties in managing the effective Communication online.
• The challenges involved in managing the response to those changes.
