The case study is designed to contain enough technical detail to allow you to complete this assessment. It is, however, not complete and there will be some information regarding the business that you will need to make up to complete some of the templates.
Template Requirements
The template contains example information and instructions in italics. Text that is in italics should not be in the document when it is submitted. If you wish to use some of the example text (with modifications) then make sure you change this text back to normal style.
Any text left in italics will mean the document has not being completed to a professional standard and will result in marks being deducted.

As with all formal writing, each table that is presented in the template should have an introductory sentence explaining to the reader what the information in the table is showing them. An example of this technique has been provided on the Business Impact Analysis table.
