Upload your “QCC: Modules 3 and 4” submission here. Please review the Course Expectations, the Rubric for this assignment, and the example – all in Module 0 – for specific instructions on how to do your QCC assignments. Once you upload your submission, it cannot be edited or deleted, so please complete the assignment as a Microsoft Word file or similar universally compatible file (so no .pages or Apple-specific files, please) and be sure that you’ve proofread the submission and are happy with it before uploading your file to Turnitin. This assignment is worth 200 points, and is due at 11:59 pm, on Sunday, November 19th (make sure you upload your assignment well before the date and time it’s due in case you experience technical issues.)

All words/direct quotations taken from a source other than your own brain MUST be accompanied by a citation (reference/source; this includes using class notes.) If you only use course materials as sources in your QCC, you do not have to provide a references section, but you must make it clear which author or source your information is coming from in your QCC.
