Full Metal Tacos seeks to solve the problem of convenience and an outdoor dining experience. The majority of the population in the community is highly engaged in exercise, and due to the nature of their work, they have no time to set up their kitchens. The food truck business provides them with the best dishes with mixed cultural flavors and creates the best experience in their busy day. Our Full Metal Taco Food Truck is located near a military post with a convenient location outside the main gate, providing individuals with the best dishes and drinks, and an interesting outdoor dining atmosphere. The meals are prepared with specialty and include prepared with natural ingredients.
We have three delicious product that we serve; Soft Tacos, Burritos and Crunchy taquitos. According to Logenecker, A good name is simple, memorable (2020). The first fresh product we will serve on our menu is a single “Wayward soft tacos”, served with the choice of Asada, Carnitas or Chicken, cilantro, red onions, lime and wrapped aluminum foil for the price of $2.50 or 3 tacos for $6.50. Our second fresh product on our menu is a single “You’re my best BROritto”, served with the choice of Asada, Carnitas or Chicken, rice, beans cheese, and red onion and wrapped aluminum foil for the price of $7.50 or 2 for $14. Our last fresh item on our menu is “Crispy Guac n Rolls” 3 shredded beef taquitos served with shredded lettuce, dice tomatoes, cotija cheese and guacamole in an eco-friendly disposable container for $6.50 or 6 shredded taquitos with rice and beans for $12. We will be selling soft drinks À la cart. Our target market is anyone is loves delicious Authentic Mexican food, and for a reasonable price. We will be distributing our fresh and delicious product from our top of the line grade A food truck as they order. We at Full Metal Tacos will be promoting our business through social media, partnering with events, and by positive word of mouth of our customers. Once we are more establish, we will consider local delivery options, catering private events, and a more precise loyalty program to benefit our loyal customers.
