Discussion Grading Criteria
The Group will work together and develop an initial posting. In addition, the Group will collaborate to develop two peer responses. They both will be submitted as a Group.
Participation in the discussion forum is a very important component to maximizing the student learning experience in this course. All students are required to participate in the discussion in order to support the learning experience of each other. As the instructor, I will facilitate student discussions but I will not address every single post. I may share a related idea, keep the discussions on track, or provide input to deepen student learning. Posts and responses should be thorough and thoughtful. Just posting an “I agree” or “good ideas” will not be considered adequate.
