Organization, great communication skills, professionalism, analyzation, skilled in programs Microsoft Excel or Plan Swift software. Skills necessary to move up in the company include hands on job site experience. Master scheduling and coordination.

What do you enjoy most about your job? What do you like least about your job?

Theres always new jobs so constantly working on new projects, its very exciting and a challenge.. Always meeting new people, and rewarding when completing another job.

Least: unexpected problems arising that are not in control of the company.
