Project context (pestle and swot) 2. Stakeholder management 3. Governance & Monitoring progress 4. Outputs, outcomes and benefits; reporting and achievement 5. Data and information 6. Problem-solving and decision making 7. Risk Management For each chosen Topic: – Provide brief and referenced definitions and relevant theoretical concepts, processes, methods or techniques. – Apply relevant theoretical concepts, processes, methods or techniques to your selected project. – Critical review how effectively these were used in your selected project? – Reflect on: o what was done well and why? o What could have been done better? And how? – Provide brief conclusion and recommendation for improvement. Finally, with reference to your chosen project, you should outline the following: – Which factors contributed to effective project management? – Which were absent? – What would your recommendations be for similar projects in the future?
