Which are the main issues of Business ethic for a global company in this century?
Describe and compare minimum 3 types of leadership delivered in the course.
Build a table comparing different models (Maslow, Herzberg and Schein) for understanding the labour motivation. Identify the main strengths and weaknesses of each of them for explaining the challenges of a modern company for engaging their employees.
(For preparing your answers you should deep review concepts delivered in the course, especially in Units 3, 9 and 10).
