You will present a business case to the senior management team in your organization for a project to implement a coaching and mentoring program. This plan should be based on your organization, referring to or proposing relevant examples of organizational practice, and will include an implementation plan, including plans to review, measure and evaluate impact.

- Evaluate the impact on your organization of establishing a coaching and mentoring culture
- Establish processes and mechanisms to record and monitor the impact of coaching and mentoring within your organization
- Barriers and Risks to implementation
- (you may wish to use a table for this section, with a column for AC2.2 and a corresponding column for AC2.3).
- Identify barriers to change that impact on coaching and mentoring
- Explain how to overcome organizational and individual resistance to the implementation of coaching and mentoring
- Implementation Plan
- Using the template in Appendix 3: Assignment 2 Plan template, develop a plan to implement coaching and mentoring programs within your organization
- Within your plan, demonstrate steps to support individuals in the adoption of change
- Within your plan, demonstrate how you will review the implementation strategy to ensure continuous improvemen
