Assignment – PWS Component III – Design for Implementation and Evaluation
Execution is everything. In this Component of the Transition Support Plan, you will describe in detail how the plan will be implemented and evaluated throughout implementation. This component should provide details such as who, what, when, where, and how. Component III continues to build upon the Components you developed in Weeks 1 and 2. You will reemphasize many of the points shared in Component 2, but build upon them in greater detail in this section.
Instructions:
This section should include the following:
- A detailed descriptionof the actual TSP which includes: overall learning goals, timeline for implementation (no more than 3 weeks because you will implement this in Weeks 4, 5, and 6 of this course) and measurable objectives.
- Criteria for success or failure of the plan. This should be stated as a performance level (i.e. Students score at or above 80% on the post-assessment; students correctly identify at least 3 of 5 traffic signs, etc.)
This component must be a minimum of 2 pages typed, double spaced in length.

The assignment must be submitted via the appropriate link in Module 3 on the course Canvas page by Sunday at 11:59 CST of this week.
