Provide strategic recommendations for a way forward (Based on Generic & Ansoff Matrix)

This section would require you to detail strategies or plans to move the company forward based on the both the generic strategies as well as the Ansoff growth strategies.

Strategic Implementation and Risk

This section would require you to evaluate the changes needed internally to realize the recommended strategy, outline potential risks of the aforementioned.
