Overview
The aim of this assessment is to give you an opportunity to produce a project plan using different project management techniques.

Brief
Project planning is one of the most important skills for project managers. As project managers, you will be asked to plan your project, execute it according to the plan, and monitor its progress during the implementation phase.
In this assessment task, you will be asked to come up with a project of your own. This project can be chosen from any industry in which you have an interest. The project should at least consist of 20 to 30 activities. Then you apply different planning techniques on this project. This project is part of your learning process in applying the planning techniques. Therefore, you are not allowed to use planning or scheduling software such as MS Project.
The task is undertaken and delivered in two stages.
Stage One:
In this stage you are asked to start working on your project plan. Your report should include a complete project scope including introduction to the project, deliverables, exclusions, Work Breakdown Structure, and activities. The activity definitions include:
WBS level and activity ID
Name
Description
Duration
Predecessor
Dependencies
Lag or lead
Cost
These resources would provide extra help for you to undertake stage one.

In both stages your report needs to be professionally prepared and include following sections:

Introduction 2
Referencing guidelines
You must acknowledge all the courses of information you have used in your assessments.

Submission format
Upload as one single file via the Assignments submission page within Canvas.
Paper size: A4 is the generic paper size. Use other sizes if your graphs and tables do not fit into A4 size.
Main text of paper: Single spacing, justified Paragraphs: Single space between paragraphs Left margin: 30 mm
All other margins: 25 mm
