Assume the board of directors for the company you originally selected for Assignment 3 plans to enter a new foreign market with one of its most popular products. This is not the first time foreign entry is being attempted, and the company has faced both success and failure internationally.(THE COMPANY I DID IN MY ASSIGNMENT 3 WAS IBM)
For the next board meeting, prepare a global market assessment and strategy for a new foreign entry of your choosing.
Your strategy document (ie assignment) should include:
• Background/Situation

o Company SWOT
o Available Markets Comparison (US vs foreign)
o Primary Target Market
• Strategic Analysis
o QFD Strategy
o Additional Required Marketing Strategy
Use your knowledge of the past and present to develop your supported perspective in your submissions.
Length: 6 to 10 pages not including cover page, reference page.
References: Include a minimum of 5 scholarly resources.
