John is an 84-year-old gentleman who lives in a 48 bedded nursing home based in a rural town in the midlands for the past 3 years.
John grew up on a farm with 3 brothers and two sisters. He was the eldest son and when he married he inherited the farm. He had one son and two daughters. His son now runs the farm and both his daughters live abroad.
His wife died four years ago. His son visits with his young children every Sunday for one hour. His daughters visit when they return home for holidays this could be once a year.
