You are completing your witness statement (everything you saw, heard, experienced from your perspective), direct examination questions and answers, and evidence. You write potential cross ex questions as well and answers. Remember that the responses to your direct examination questions should come from your witness statement, so you don’t need to write these answers over again. Your witness statement should be thoroughly proofread and should include no errors. Please use 6th grade level vocabulary and enhance your statement with emotion and detail. Tell the story bit by bit. Use the timeline I provided in class to help you as needed. You can start something like “Good morning judge, I am Jimmy Foster. I am 85 years old and live at tree gap, I stay at home and help my son to help around the house. One day when I was going to clean Winnies room she was not there “
