I appreciate the opportunity I’ve had the past 9 months managing the (Project), which is of course under the guidance and administration of my dear manager, (name).
Taking on the position of two team leaders for (project) was a responsibility that I acquired and maintained to my best ability, despite the reassignment of many experienced personals from both teams.
I understood the companies’ goal to close the (project), in regards to the loss in the financials aspect, while maintaining customer relations with the client for future prospects. It is my pleasure to be able to close and finalize all (project) jobs, while being able to manage cutting losses by delivering the maximum amount of jobs possible in (project).
Shifting our team focus to complete (work) on the maximum amount of the jobs possible with the resources available was my main attention after learning of the contract termination agreement in July. This explains the backlog of delivery numbers we had and the frustration behind (project) manager hard due dates, which we were successfully able to deliver within the agreed timeframe.
Maintaining the position and salary of (position) through all the hard work and accomplishments, is a really tough mental and financial situation for any employee. I have been promised and assured many times during these past 9 months, with no outcome. I am kindly requesting to review my salary and position.
Once again, I am grateful to be a productive member in (company name), and I enjoy taking on assignments that allow to contribute to the company’s success.
