Answer: A customer came to the Electronic components department after visiting another department and was frustrated that every department he went to sent them to another department. By the time the customer reached my department, he had enough and was angry. I proactively took him to the correct department after searching for the product he was looking for and stayed with him until he was satisfied and asked him if I could help him with anything else. The customer’s anger had calmed down, and he was happy that I could find the product that he was looking for and thanked me for the services.
