As the luggage was traveling along the conveyor, it passed a narcotics agent whose dogs sniffs every bag in an attempt to find drugs. The dog was alerted to the woman’s bag, so the narcotics officer grabbed it and opened it. Several kilogram packages of cocaine were inside.
