Aristotle

Aristotle gives us quite a thorough account of happiness, explaining it terms of virtue. Please explain how he argues for this, as well as explaining how virtue is acquired, using one of the specific virtues that he identifies in his work. Are there any possible criticisms that could be made of his account? Does he give a compelling account of virtue and happiness? Why or why not?
