For the company you wrote about in your business case study, first summarize in a couple of sentences what the main problems, issues, weaknesses, threats, challenges and/or critical opportunities are and then identify four strategies from chapters 6 & 7 that are POSSIBLE options to help the company in solving the problems/challenges or moving forward with a critical opportunity. State briefly what the advantages and disadvantages are for each option. Note that these are only POSSIBLE options. .you are not necessarily recommending anything in particular yet (that will be part of the homework assignment for chapters 6-7-8).
