In the article, How Smart, Connected Products Are Transforming Companies (2015) the authors argue that advances in technology (e.g. smart connected devices) will cause a radical change in organizational structures. The three new structures mentioned are the Unified Data Organization (Chief Data Officer), Dev-OPS, and Customer Success Management (p 109).
Write a two-page report discussing the implementation and benefits of adding one or more of those structures to a company you are familiar with.
