Capstone Change Project Outcomes

The outcomes that I and the preceptor came up with: we want to promote mental illness to the public. Will provide educations to the public, let patients make T-shirts with different mental illness diagnoses prints, donate the product to the family, school, shelters, churches, or hospitals. Work policy will not affect this project/outcome because no patient identity will be disclosed in this project. (HIPAA)
