Assignment Guidelines:

You may select any two stress management or coping interventions, they may be workplace-based.

1.  Work-based interventions e.g. At the individual level the focus to be secondary intervention using techniques e.g  Relaxation, CBT, Mindfulness training, etc.

2. At an organizational level- also focussing on secondary interventions so we can compare and contrast the 2 interventions. (Structural (e.g. staffing levels, work schedules, physical environment)
Psychological (e.g. social support, control over work, participation)

(feel free to change my ideas and replace them with what you think is adequate to answer the question.)

3.  Not less than 20 references preferably recent journals
