Review the VCAT Order for a planning application for a residential subdivision at 120-150 Sullivans Road
Strathfieldsaye and prepare a report which;
(a) Summarises the case and in particular the key findings of the VCAT Member in making his decision.
(b) Provides a response to the following;
1. Explain the difference between incorporated and background/reference documents and why the difference was
significant in the decision made by VCAT on this application
2. How do you think the objectors would have felt about the decision to grant a planning permit?
