Choose a leader (different from the one you wrote about in week 1) who is (or was) a Transformational Leader. Explain why they were a Transformational Leader, citing specific characteristics and actions they took. You can use a person you research or one you interview. For example – if you think your boss is transformational you can cite their accomplishments and behaviors as well as interview them, if possible. The leader I chose is former president Obama.
