OR
Proposition 17 (page 30-33), Restores right to vote after completion of prison term.
2. Read the arguments and rebuttals for and against the propositions.
3. Look up the people listed at the end of each argument by doing a google/internet search.
4. Answer:
a) After reading the arguments for the proposition you chose, would you vote in favor or against the proposition? Explain your answer and use points from the arguments and rebuttals to support your view.
