Communication gap between management and staff. Brief Summary of the Project: The objective of this project is to Identify and explain the causes of miscommunication between Managers and staff in an office setting. Anticipated Learning Outcome: How to overcome the barriers to effective communication. What problem will this project solve? What opportunity can be achieved? This project will solve how a person’s communication skills affect both personal and organizational effectiveness. This opportunity can be achieved by investigating the line of efforts that the lack of communication would have in an office setting and providing recommendations on improving communication between managers and staff.
