Confusing document

Share an experience when a document you had to use (be it work related or personal) was difficult or
confusing. What was the document? What made it difficult to understand? How did the lack of usability
influence your opinion of the creator? Be specific as possible. (like a confusing instruction manual, a letter from
another employe or report, you can make it up but keep it realistic)
