· Should Abgenix consider an alliance or do it
themselves?
· If Alliance, which partner should Abgenix select
and why?
· Calculate the expected revenue stream for each
company deal and the DIY/Go it alone option.
· Calculate the risk Adjusted Net Present Value
for each revenue stream. · Use, calculations, in part, as justification
for your answers. Note you may decide that the alliance with best revenue
stream may not be best partner.
