Create a questionare with 7-10 questions for my research question which is: What effect/impact did covid-19 have on the mental health of healthcare workers?
I need a questionare that pertains to healthcare workers, for example “how has working in a medical field impacted your mental health during covid times?” my sample pool is 25 people consisting of nurses, doctors, and other health care professionals.
So bascially a questionare testing where their mental health has been and how has it been impacted
