What are some religious implications to be dawn from the reading?
Are there recurring themes? What are they?
What specific ideas of God, Jesus Christ, and/or the (Holy) Spirit (Ghost) are portrayed in the resources?
What are understandings of the Church, Christianity, and/or Religion?
How are African American Women portrayed in the resources?
What are some concrete responses of African American Women to their circumstances?
What Womanist principles do you discern from these resources?
