During this assessment, your task is to research and analyse the current challenges faced by Police when policing and prosecuting cybercrime in the form of a 2250-word report.
It is important to understand how a digital investigation is conducted and how prosecutions are carried out.

You should consider what challenges exist at each of the stages of these processes including comparing and contrasting examples from other countries/research/analysis that you find to emphasise the points made and support this with references.

You should also ensure you describe challenges and any solutions at a technical level and contextualize the impacts of these from several perspectives including data, privacy, ethics, and response.
