Ethical issues arise at a variety of stages in business research. Ethical issues cannot be ignored, in that they relate directly to the integrity of a piece of research and of the disciplines that are involved.

Why Is It Important?
What are the obligations of the researcher towards the participants in particular and society in general?

Format
All written submissions should be typed, 1.5-SPACED, on one side only of A4 (210mmX297mm) white paper. Allow a minimum of 2.5 cm (1”) on left, right, top and bottom margins. Hand written submissions, or submissions typed on color paper will not be accepted. Inferior quality dot-matrix printers and faded, overused printer ribbons should be avoided. Word limit around 1200-1500 word for main body.

One-inch margins on all sides: top, bottom, right and left
References should be complete (in that they can be used to find the source) and consistent. APA is required.
Evaluation of the professor:
The paper will be marked on the following criteria: quality of content whether the review demonstrates understanding and the ability to link different sources and draw inferences), clarity of presentation, adherence to guidelines as outlined above), and thoughtfulness (independence and stringency of thoughts expressed).
