Think of how frustrated you were the last time you had network connectivity issues. There are many types of networks and components in making them work. Imagine you are a network engineer and are charged with assessing the reliability of your company’s various networks. Some of the network types to review are the following:

Local area network (LAN)
Wireless area network (WAN)
Metropolitan area network (MAN)
