Health inequities

This week’s lectures looked at health inequities, and since we did not get a chance to discuss this in class
today, I have chosen to continue the discussion of universal basic income (UBI) as introduced in the CBC
Podcast, Front Burner. For this week’s post, comment on whether or not you believe UBI to be a good or bad
idea for Canadians. Discuss any concerns you might have (or concerns that you believe may be among
opponents of UBI). Finally, discuss the kind of impacts, if any, one could expect through an increase in
available income to Canadians?
