An article from the existing literature regarding an evidence-based intervention in health promotion related to chronic disease. The group will present the instructor with a presentation, and a copy of the article

You will be graded for the following:

1.     Presentation:

a.      Summary of the content (16 points):

                                          i.     Define the target population: age, gender, and other demographics as applicable (2 points)

                                         ii.     List the campaign’s primary goals (2 points)

                                       iii.     Describe the main components of the program (3 points)

                                       iv.     Copy of the article (2 points)

                                         v.     Discuss three strengths and three weaknesses of that campaign. Provide some explanation and reasoning for these strengths and weaknesses (5 points)

                                      vi.     What is your recommendation as a public health promoter (research/community) (2 points).

 2.     Develop an infographic using your illustrative disease to provide public health awareness English (5 points)
