You are working at an organization that assists the public with healthcare issues.  Your manager states that based on a recent survey completed by their participants that over 40% of those surveyed did not understand the differences between hospice and palliative care.  Your manager now tasks you with creating a two-page brochure to be utilized in helping your organization educate your participants.
