Cecilia has been long time patient at First Medical Care Center.  Cecilia is a wonderful patient, but does not speak English fluently.  Cynthia, the Medical Assistant always has a challenging time understanding Cecilia.  As a result, Cynthia feels she is not providing the best possible care for Cecilia. What can Cynthia do to improve the communication channel with Cecilia?  Should Cynthia suggest that Cecilia bring in a translator during her office visits?
