You can take whatever angle you prefer, but some ideas are their efforts in recruiting, the implementation of technology in the agency, the outreach they did with the community, and the way they approached staffing problems with their employees. Obviously this article is only a few pages long and doesn’t get into the long history, politics, and crime issues of the agency, but highlights a few things.
